DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, June 4\, celebrate the beginning of summer at our members’ only BBQ lunch\, to be held in the gymnasium at the Clarkson Community Centre.  The menu consists of your choice of Chicken Souvlaki on a Pita with hummus\, OR a beef hamburger with condiments.  Additional treats include Italian sausages\, Caesar or mixed salad\, coffee and tea and dessert and fruit. \nFor tickets\, see Alice Kozai or any of our activity leaders.  *A maximum of 200 tickets will be sold*

SUMMARY:Wine me and Dine me in Niagara
DESCRIPTION:Two of Niagara’s renowned wineries are visited on this delightful summer day away.  We enjoy wine tasting at Villa Romana Estate Winery in Beamsville in the morning\, and De Simone Vineyards in the afternoon.  To complement the wine sampling\, we’ve included a full-course luncheon of choice at the Queenston Heights restaurant overlooking the beautiful Niagara River.  After lunch\, the motorcoach will follow the picturesque Niagara Parkway up to charming Niagara on the Lake\, where you’ll have a chance to enjoy the shops\, stores\, and lovely floral displays. \nTravel is by motorcoach from the Clarkson Community Centre.  The cost is only $169 per person\, including motorcoach transportation\, wine tastings\, a full-course luncheon\, and all taxes and tips.
