Our Annual General Meeting will be held in the Clarkson Community Centre gymnasium at 10 am on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. As part of our meeting, we will seek approval of the minutes from our last AGM, held in November 2024 (there was no AGM in 2025 due to incorporation). All active members who renewed their membership as of January 31 are asked to check their email for the minutes from our 2024 AGM. Please take a little time to review these minutes and be ready to vote at the AGM.
